About Us
Welcome to our family farm
The Hildreth's are 5th generation dairy farmers who have lived in Hessay for over 130 years. Roger and Tom run the farm, along with help from the rest of the family Judith, Dan, Matt and Nina, milking around 120 cows twice a day.
How did the dairies begin?
Nina has always worked in the food industry, but subsequently wanted to come back to spend more time on the farm. She and Tom had a brainwave to begin micro-processing milk from the farm to sell straight to the public via a vending machine. After months of work transforming a shipping container into our little 'shop', a dream became reality. After running the milk machine successfully, we began creating farmhouse ice cream and most recently added the café to the dairies.
